EFT Workshops

Exciting new workshops now available in your home or at the Cura Clinic.

Caroline is going to be running short, inexpensive workshops which will enable you to understand the principles of EFT and the benefits.

The workshop can then lead onto completing the EFT Level 1 and possibly Level 2 for certification.

What is EFT?

EFT is also known as 'emotional freedom technique'. It is a simple healing technique that you can use by yourself or with a practitioner.

It can also be described as 'acupuncture without needles' as the 'tapping' is used on the meridian points that help re-balance the flow of energy that can sometimes get disrupted as it travels through channels in our body.

What can EFT help with?

Negative emotions; fears or phobias; anxiety; depression; anger; stress; trauma or abuse; addictions; physical pain; grief; ANYTHING.

What can I expect from the Workshop?

Basic instruction in EFT Techniques
Small groups (between 4 and 6 people)
2½ hour workshops
Relaxed informal environment
How to use EFT as a 'self help tool'
Practical work under close supervision
Workshops can be run in your home or at the Cura Clinic
